The equal treatment of shadow across figures and surroundings reflects a desire for integration within the city’s social and cultural fabric. Rendered in ink, the bodies exist in visual balance with the urban environment - neither dominating nor dissolving into it. Shadow blurs the boundary between body and architecture, suggesting an urban identity that emerges through the constant negotiation between individual presence and collective space.
